JESUS AND THE SOUL
How do we experience healing of our mind and emotions?
Jesus & the Soul is a profound and practical biblical exploration of how our spirit transforms our thoughts, emotions, and bodily experiences to correlate with our human potential of joy and peace. Patrick Holley explores psychological healing through a Christian theological lens of trust, hope, and love as the central operating system of the soul. Holley describes this triad of virtues within the popular framework of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. As such, Holley shows how this triad helps bring unity to our core relationships with oneself, others, and God. This book is designed for both individuals and small groups; it can function as a workbook with 6-weeks' worth of questions and discussion prompts to help bring transformation
